Starting WizKids 2013
We’re starting our search for CRM WizKids of 2013. It’s our annual award for emerging companies with new ideas and products for the front office. This includes CRM and Social CRM. We’ll announce the award in Q1, 2013. Our process looks to find about ten exemplary companies that offer solutions that improve front office business. WizKids 2011
It’s that time of year again when we look for interesting implementations of new application solutions in the front office. You don’t need to be an emerging company to have an interesting idea but you must demonstrate that you have a solution that is innovative and that represents an advancement over the status quo.
We’re writing a report about the most innovative front office software companies out there. The companies we include in our report will receive the prestigious WizKids Award along with bragging rights for being among the best.
This year, we’re focusing on companies in the part of the social software market that intersects with CRM and front office business processes.
