The Interboom
Just posted a new white paper — The Interboom. As the name implies, it’s about a period of time between two economic boom periods. It’s based on my keynote at CRM Evolution in August, and it’s much more than a discussion of the recession. The Interboom is about what happens when three key economic drivers slow down, the reactions within the business world and what the front office software industry might be able to do to help us cope.
