Hanging Out at CRMSearch
My good friend and intrepid front office maven and entrepreneur, Chuck Schaeffer, who co-founded Aplicor (which went quite far in the CRM Idol competition this year) recently started a site dedicated to covering all things CRM and a few that are not. I’ve decided to volunteer just to see what I can screw up. At any rate, I’m writing an occasional column for Chuck and here is the latest. You might have seen it here but I’m looking for audience and he’s kind enough to repost this one. My work at CRMSearch will be broadly focused (now that’s a contradiction) on my favorite place in the world — the intersection of business, economics, software and occasionally sustainability.
