    SftC_bookcover_230x341It was gratifying to see so many people came to the site the other day when I wrote that Solve for the Customer was almost available. Thanks so much for your interest!

    SftC has just been published and is now available at Amazon by clicking here.

    I’ll also be posting short synopses of some of the major findings including the Anna Karenina Principle and Moments of Truth, which is available now. Customer Science, and how everything ties together under People, Processes, and Kasparov will be available shortly. BTW, that’s Garry Kasparov, the former Russian chess grand master. It’s a long story but it makes worthwhile reading if you want to understand where CRM is going.
